For those that have MSDN, the beta 1 of Windows Longhorn is in the subscriber downloads section...including IE 7. Just downloaded it last night, plan on installing it this evening, I'll surely let you know what I think.
If you don't want to install the whole OS, the IE 7 beta is in the download section as well.
